  1. I just tried this the other day and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. Yeah, textures were kind of jaggy and a tad muddy at times but the smoothness of head movements and fidelity of the headset more than made up for it. The fact I could move my head forward and things in the game appeared closer, blew my mind. Can't wait to pick one up.

  3. PSVR is awesome but there is not enough good true games out for it yet. It's fun watching your friends experience VR for the first time but 2 weeks after buying it, I find myself using the cinematic mode (which is cool) only because there no more VR games to play and most games out for it have NO replay value. MY Verdict, PSVR only has a few games right now you may play over again and that is,
    Battlezone
    Drive Club
    eve Valkyrie
There may be one or two more.
If you do not mind waiting months for more games to come out, GO GET IT!!

  5. These problems are expected in the release of a new console add- on such as this. Some of these problems will most likely be fixed rather quickly as developers become more skilled at VR games and through updates. I bought the VR but havent even opened it yet. I might return it and wait to see if it gets better. Honestly, the quality of game play right now doesn't come close to the amount I spent on it. I've played it at a friends house and it seems like something that would be fun for the first few weeks then it would sit on my self for awhile. Hope this helped someone looking at possibly purchasing the PS VR

  6. Nice review.  I preordered the PSVR (delivered and sitting at home in a box) and the PS4 Pro.  I am not sold on the hype of VR being a "thing," but figured this was the cheapest way to give it a real chance.  I tried the Oculus at the LA Auto Show in 2012 and took the headset off within a minute.  I hope this is a better experience, or I will have a very fancy dust collector.

  8. If anyone wondered if you can use the Playstation VR on PC or Xbox, without the Playstation. The answer is YES. You could use the Playstation VR with out the playstation BUT you need HDMI .So for example, if you don't have Playstation and you have Xbox, you can hook up the Playstation VR to your Xbox or PC. BUT NEED HDMI

  9. FYI. I'm pretty sure the vive has IR emitters in the corners and mini receivers on the headset. Also did you know the psvr oled screen has full RGB sub pixel set? as opposed to the others which only have 2 sub pixels per pixel on an LCD pentile display. apparently this allows the psvr to have less "screen door" effect.
